I'm a lover of water and all things amphibious. After studying frogs and salamanders around the U.S. and South America, I've moved to Australia where I'm working on a Fulbright-supported graduate research project with Dr. Jodi Rowley at the University of New South Wales and the Australian Museum. My project aims to untangle the effect of severe bushfires on amphibian survivorship and disease resistance. The purpose of this blog is to share some reflections from my travel and research.
